Dear Almora friends,
The sun is shining in Christchurch, a refreshing change from the gloomy clouds and rain of the past week. Despite the biting cold, I find solace in the fact that even in New Zealand, we are blessed with beautiful sunny days during the cold season.
As we settle into our charming tiny cottage by the peaceful sea, we are delighted by the garden left by the previous owner, with numerous nooks and groves of trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden. I eagerly await the burst of colours and aromas that will grace us in the spring.
Meanwhile, I am deeply reflecting on my life's work. I realise that my life and work are intertwined, and my purpose is to serve. However, after 30 years of this work, I have become weary and need to make some changes.
So over the coming months and years, Almora Personal Consultations will be phased out, so please book now for the coming months if you would like to make an appointment.
I can offer them in bursts whenever I feel guided and inspired.
As I phase out personal consultations over the next few months, I plan to focus on various other projects, including finalising a book written with Almora nearly twenty years ago. The journey ahead is filled with group work, courses, and an upcoming transformative tour to Uluru, the solar plexus chakra of the world. I am thrilled for the courageous and inspired souls joining us on this transformative journey.
We love having you at our monthly soul food events, and I encourage you to remember that self-maintenance is a daily practice. Daily meditation, contemplation, breath work, good nutrition, deep restful sleep, and taking a break from technology are essential for overall well-being and balance.
We have some mesmerising events on the horizon, and we invite you to join us. May this winter bring restoration, transformation, and inspired actions for you and your life, along with love and blessings to you and your loved ones.
Arohanui,
The Almora team
