NEW DATE 28th JULY
The Cat Watches. Will You Rest?
This is not a call to action. It is a call to stop acting.
Bast does not chase. She does not perform. She simply waits—patient as moonlight—for those who are ready to receive what she carries: the radical, forgotten truth that you do not have to protect yourself alone.
If your chest feels a little softer reading this, that softness is Bast recognising you.
Come. Lie down. Let the cat watch.🐾
This month, we are honoured to welcome a very special presence to our transmission. You know Amaan as the gatekeeper. Now meet Bast—not as a distant Egyptian goddess, but as a living, watchful energy who has served the Council of Light since before human temples were built.
"Where Amaan holds the gate, Bast patrols it. She does not roar like Sekhmet. She watches. She waits. And when necessary, she places her soft paw on your heart in the middle of the night to remind you: you are not alone, and nothing that does not love you may enter."
Bast does not give long speeches. She gives glances, silences, and the occasional flick of her tail. Tonight, she will not lecture you. She will look at you. And that will be enough.
The Soft Paws of Protection
Many spiritual seekers become hypervigilant—scanning for negative energies, checking every corner of their aura, exhausting themselves with protection rituals that feel more like anxiety than safety.
Bast teaches the opposite: relax, and let the cat do the watching.
This transmission is for anyone who is tired of being afraid. For anyone who has forgotten that protection can be gentle. For anyone who needs permission to stop looking over their shoulder.
Channeled Teaching
Bast is not only the Egyptian goddess of home, fertility, and cats. She is the guardian of the threshold between the seen and the unseen.
Think of her this way: your front door has a lock, but it also has a cat sleeping on the mat. The lock is effort. The cat is presence. The cat does not need to growl. She simply is there, and anything that does not belong feels her watching before it even thinks of approaching.
Bast carries the frequency of relaxed vigilance. Her eyes are half-closed, but nothing moves in her territory without her knowing. She asks you to receive that same quality:
-
To rest without guilt
-
To be aware without paranoia
-
To trust that you are protected without having to manage that protection yourself
She whispers, "You are not the guard dog. You are the beloved who is guarded. Lie down. I am awake."
Guided Meditation
You will be led into a moonlit temple—not grand or imposing, but warm, with worn stone floors and the scent of night-blooming jasmine. In the centre of the temple, a great cat lies sleeping. She is larger than any house cat, her fur the colour of midnight with faint gold rippling through it like heat lightning.
As you approach, her breathing does not change. But one eye opens. It is amber. It is ancient. It sees every fear you have ever carried.
She does not speak. She looks at you.
In that looking, something extraordinary happens: every energy that has been feeding on your fear—every anxious thought, every old wound that learned to keep you awake, every ghost of every time you were told the world is dangerous—is gently, silently, licked away.
Not destroyed. Not fought. Just cleaned, like a mother cat cleaning her kitten. It dissolves into her purr.
You will leave this meditation feeling:
-
Lighter in your chest (the weight of constant watching begins to lift)
-
Clearer in your throat (you will find it easier to say "no" without guilt, and "yes" without fear)
-
Softer behind your eyes (the hypervigilant stare relaxes into the gentle gaze of someone who knows they are safe)
Transmission
During the meditation, Bast will approach you personally. She will pause behind your left ear—yes, that ear, the one that has been paining you. She is already aware of it.
She will place a violet and gold frequency there, as soft as a whisker's touch. Over the following days, this frequency will help you distinguish between:
| Anxiety | Genuine Intuition |
|---|---|
| Spins in circles | Sits still |
| Feels hot and tight | Feels cool and clear |
| Says "Check again" | Says "I already know" |
| Comes with shame | Comes with peace |
| Makes you smaller | Makes you quieter (not smaller) |
The difference, Bast says, is simple: Anxiety spins. Intuition sits still.
You will begin to notice: when a worry loops, it is not truth. When a knowing simply arrives and does not need to be repeated, it is Bast brushing past your ear.
What You May Experience During & After
-
A sudden desire to nap without guilt (this is healing)
-
Dreams of cats, temples, moonlight, or amber eyes
-
Your left ear is tingling or warming (the frequency settling)
-
Less reaction to loud or sudden noises
-
An unexpected ability to say "I don't need to figure this out right now"
-
Pets acting differently around you (they sense her too)
The Energy Behind This Work
This gathering is offered by Dellaina and Ihaia, guided always by the beloved masters Amaan and Almora, and supported by the Council of Light that watches over this work.
Our purpose is simple: to serve humanity through this great shift by creating containers where souls can remember who they truly are. Each month, we channel the frequencies that are most needed—not from doctrine, but from direct transmission. Not from the mind, but from the heart of the divine.
Bast comes now because the world needs what she carries:
-
Protection without paranoia
-
Safety without hypervigilance
-
The courage to rest
