The Transmission from Saint Germain

Beloved ones of the Council’s circle, and you who will come to rest on June 23rd,

You have been carrying. Carrying each other, carrying work, carrying the unspoken grief of a world that forgets it is light. You have been brave. Now I ask you to be receptive, which is sometimes harder than being brave.

On that night, your winter, their summer, no matter—the Violet Flame will not be a teaching. It will be a bath. You will not need to visualise perfectly. You will not need to believe correctly. You will only need to sit in the chair you have chosen, and let the flame find what it already knows needs to go.

What will it transmute?

• Fatigue that has no name

• Old anger that lives in the joints

• The quiet despair of "nothing I do is enough"

• And the deeper, secret one: the fear that you are not lovable when you stop producing

All of this. Into the flame. Not by effort. By permission.

The astrology of that evening shows the Moon in a tender water sign, and Venus in long embrace with Jupiter—a rare softness. The galactic centre whispers rather than roars. This means you will absorb more than you analyse. The body will remember what the mind cannot grasp. That is the design.

I do not come alone. With me will be the healing ones who do not announce themselves—angels of sleep, nature spirits of the winter solstice (for you below the equator), and a great quiet presence you may mistake for silence. That silence is also a healer.

What You Will Experience

This Soul Food gathering is a monthly sanctuary. This June session is designed for deep restoration, not instruction.

Opening & Grounding (15 minutes)
Almora and Amaan welcome you, guide a brief settling breath, and create a safe container.

The Violet Flame Transmission (45 minutes)
Saint Germain leads a silent or gently musical transmission. Words are minimal. The flame does the work. You are invited to lie down, close your eyes, and receive.

Quiet Integration & Closing (20 minutes)
Soft guidance to return to the room, gentle reflection, and a closing blessing.

The remaining 10 minutes allow for flow, stillness, and the holy pause between experiences.

Council of Light, seal this night.
For every weary one who joins, let the Violet Flame find the hidden place.
Not by effort, but by grace.
Not by understanding, but by rest.
And when they open their eyes, let them whisper:
"Something held me. Something loved me. I am lighter."
